MALT’s Blue Ridge Brew Off has proven to he one of the most fun competitions in the region. This year was no different even though we had no water due to flooding. BRBO is a Qualifying event for the Mid-South Homebrewer and Homebrew Club of the Year and Carolina Brewer. Master Brewer and Mead Maker of the Year competitions. The Dr. George Fix for homebrewers who have been brewing for one year or less is also a special award given only at BRBO. The Blue Ridge Brew Off is sanctioned by the BJCP.
